Welcome to the 2026 East Gadsden High School MEGA Reunion!

It is our pleasure to invite you to a celebration of your time at East Gadsden High School. This is an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new memories, and enjoy a day filled with fun and fellowship.

Our team has planned an exciting event to make this reunion a memorable success.

We look forward to seeing our alumni come together to celebrate the nostalgic moments of the past while creating new memories with classmates and friends.

Event Liability Waiver & Acknowledgment

As a member of The East Gadsden MEGA Reunion 2026 (“Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this waiver.

You understand that attendance at this indoor/outdoor Event involves inherent risks, including weather conditions, uneven surfaces, crowd-related incidents, slips and falls, and other ordinary risks associated with large gatherings.

You voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance and participation.

You release and hold harmless the Event Committee, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from attendance, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

NO GUNS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED AT THIS EVENT.

You agree to follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions from event staff or security personnel.

  • That answer is a firm NO! The ratio of Police/Security to the number of participants will be be STRICTLY adhered to. (1 officer/every 100 participants)

  • As much as we love the kids, unfortunately no kids are allowed at this adult-only event.

  • A plus 1 guest is someone who HAS NOT, I repeat, HAS NOT graduated from EGHS 2004-2017 classes. If they have managed to walk around the courtyard, went to all 3 lunches or sat in Bldg 400 all day, then they are considered as EGHS member. Each class member is granted (One) Plus 1 guest.

  • There is absolutely NO SMOKING & NO DRINKING on the field, this includes vaping as well. Please be responsible adults!

  • Absolutely NO weapons are permitted at this event in any capacity, Adequate law enforcement officials have been hired to capably perform all duties deemed necessary for the safety and security of this event.

  • The dress code for that day is your class issued 2026 Mega Reunion T-shirt & custom issued wristband; the wristband also allows re-entry for the event.
